To prepare your body for the All Well experience, find a space not often traveled and closed off from the outside world. Could it be the farthest, darkest corner of your closet, the deepest cob webbed north wall of the garage, or that space between the cabinet and the refrigerator that only your head fits? Find some linens or an old shirt preferably wool or cotton. Best if it hasn't been recently used so in the time alone it has collected its true essence. Extra credit if the item was left unwashed from a camping trip years ago. Roll that item up to use as your pillow. Drape a section over your eyes, but above your nose to deepen the experience.
